- Piloted the Atria Renewables website end-to-end, integrating Fibe and Credit Fair loan platforms alongside a custom hybrid loan calculator, equipping 500+ users with a seamless financing experience and cutting average form completion time to under 2 minutes.
- Developed and maintained AtriaForce CRM a full web and mobile system mirroring Salesforce’s Leads flow across 8 end-to-end modules enabling the sales team to manage 10,000–50,000+ leads with zero production rollbacks across the entire build.
- Built a WhatsApp and email chatbot with FCM push notifications to handle internal staff and customer communication, supporting configurable send limits and a full CRUD admin panel to manage messages, templates, and notification flows.
- Architected a multi-tenant healthcare platform covering EHR, clinical notes, prescriptions, and patient management for 3+ clinics, integrating AI-powered document processing and JWT-based role guards to keep auth response under 80ms across all tenants.
- Integrated a private AWS S3 bucket with presigned URLs across 9+ backend services for secure file handling, and built an LLM-powered chatbot combining predefined and AI-driven flows using OpenAI and Gemini.
- Owned QA validation and PR review cycles across all projects, catching and closing UI and functional bugs before staging, maintaining a near-zero production defect rate, and actively guiding interns through code reviews and best practices.
